Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the sale of products (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) by Finlay Bazar (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) to customers (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”). By placing an order with the Seller, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Orders and Payment
2.1 Orders for Products must be placed through the website or agreed upon social media platforms of Finlay Bazar.
2.2 Payment for Products must be made in full either digitally or cash on delivery.
2.3 The Buyer shall be responsible for any bank charges or other fees associated with the payment of the Products.
Delivery
3.1 Delivery of the Products shall be made to the Buyer’s designated address.
3.2 The Seller shall use reasonable efforts to deliver the Products within the time agreed upon, but shall not be liable for any delay in delivery.
3.3 The Buyer shall inspect the Products upon delivery and shall notify the Seller of any discrepancies or damages during receipt of product(s).
Limitation of Liability
4.1 The total liability of the Seller for any claim arising out of or in connection with the sale of the Products shall not exceed the purchase price of the Products.
Governing Law
5.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country or State].
5.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
